Founded in 1983 in Istanbul, the company grew out of the textile business (with the Colin’s and Loft brands) and built a vertically integrated production and real estate development chain, with a presence in 38 countries and over 15,000 employees. The construction and real estate operations are managed through its subsidiary Eroğlu Gayrimenkul, with a portfolio of approximately 2–2.6 million m² of projects developed up to 2017.

Architecture by Broadway Malyan; structural design featuring a diagrid system for seismic resistance; multiple sky gardens, BREEAM Excellent certification, and multiple awards for mixed-use and architectural design. Investment value around $700–800 million, with 65% of units sold (comprising 830 residences, 504 offices, and a 300-room hotel).
Harmony Towers — A residential complex in Bursa, covering 42,663 m², including two towers of 23 and 28 floors along with 6-story terrace blocks. Launched in 2014 with an emphasis on eco-friendly design.
